Delivery

Orders for the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are sent by either Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Evri tracked and should arrive within 3-5 days.

Orders over £50 to UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are Free Delivery.

*Please note for Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man please use the drop down box (This is from Shopify, not me! ) Delivery over £50 will still be free. *

If you wish any other method of postage please contact me  by e-mail before ordering.

 

Local collection is free of charge. If you wish to arrange this please e mail me directly, I  will email you my address once I have received your order confirmation and  full payment.

 

If your order is a gift, I can send directly on your behalf as all my orders are gift wrapped in tissue paper and sent with a card, just let me know the details of the recipient and any message you wish to add in the comments section on checkout page.   

All items are individually checked  by me prior to dispatch. 

PLEASE ENSURE THE THE BAG SIZE IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES BEFORE ORDERING. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE DETAILED ON EACH BAG. I will not accept returns for the bag being the wrong size.

 

Europe & Rest of World: 

I am happy to deliver outside of the UK, please contact me
at @heartsnstarsbymarticlare for a quote to ship internationally. Delivery times are country specific.

Goods ordered from my  Site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.Any additional taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Refunds

If you don't wish to keep the item you purchased, please notify me via email within 7 days. You will be required to return the product, unworn/unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days. I am a small business operating in small batches, which is why I offer 14 days as opposed to 28 days for returns. I would appreciate if you would honour this.

We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange after this time period.  

  ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEE THE MONEY BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

Exchanges

Please note that at present I can't offer exchanges (unless the item is faulty and this would be subject to availability).

You will be refunded the purchase price in total if you return your item, excluding all postage charges.

If you would like another size, please could you order again from my site.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting, if the parcel goes missing YOU will be required to cover the cost of the product/products.
